Her specialized training includes major joint injections, tendon and bursal therapies, perioperative management, and rapid assessment of acute injuries — making her a trusted provider for patients seeking fast, effective, and personalized care.

Michelle’s background also includes leadership in clinical research, where she contributed to multiple phase II and III trials focused on DVT prevention, pain management, and joint replacement innovation. Her commitment to evidence‑based medicine ensures that every patient benefits from the most current and effective treatment strategies.

A former Division I volleyball athlete and two‑year team captain at Furman University, Michelle brings the discipline, teamwork, and drive of her athletic career into her clinical practice. After building several successful businesses and raising her three children, she returns to patient care with renewed passion, energy, and a deep commitment to helping individuals move, feel, and live better.

Michelle is licensed in Virginia and Maryland, is a member of AAPA, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional orthopedic and spine care with a modern, patient‑centered approach.

In her free time Michelle enjoys staying active by running and lifting weights. She loves reading and gardening and being with her family. She also coaches freshman volleyball.
